If something is not working or you would like to share feedback, we want to hear from you.
For how to do a particular thing in the app, see the guide. For the questions people ask most, see the FAQ. Account, subscription, and refund answers are below.

Go to Settings › Invite a caregiver. Copy or share the code with anyone who should have access to your household. An old code stops working once someone joins or is removed, and if a code went to the wrong person before anyone used it, a parent can tap Replace code there: the old one stops working right away. The guide covers roles and what each one can do.
Go to Settings › Account › Delete account. If you are the only member of your household, all entries are removed from our live systems straight away, and backup copies roll off within 7 days (see the privacy policy). If other caregivers are in your household, your account is removed but the shared data remains with them. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel that first in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device, or it keeps renewing.
Go to Settings › Privacy & your data and tap the export button. You get a CSV of every logged entry for the child you are looking at, which opens in Excel or Numbers. Export covers one child at a time. If your household has more than one child, export each in turn.
Make sure you are using the same Apple Account you used when you first signed in. Apple may give you a private relay address. That is expected. If you are locked out, email support@mymoppet.com and we will help you recover access.
On the sign-in screen, tap or use email, type the address you signed up with, then tap Forgot your password?. moppet emails a code to that address. Entering it signs you in. If the code does not arrive, check the spam folder, then tap Send a new code.
Signing in this way does not change your password. Once you are in, you can set a new one under Settings › Password, and sign in with it from then on.
Subscriptions are billed by the store you bought from, and that is where you manage them. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the current period ends.
On a new phone, tap Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases to bring an existing subscription back. The same button is on the subscribe screen.
Nothing is ever deleted because a subscription ended. Your household keeps full read access to everything already logged, plus CSV export and account deletion. Only creating new entries pauses until you resubscribe.
The store that billed you is the store that refunds you, and each applies its own policy. From an App Store purchase, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. From a Google Play purchase, ask Google at Google Play support. We cannot process either one for you. If you are stuck, email us and we will point you in the right direction.
